Torchlight Carnival, St Austell, Cornwall. November 1992
St Austells Acorns Nursery float at the towns Torchlight Carnival featured a woodland scene with dressed up bunnies, bears and owls. Organised by the St Austell White Gold Festival committee, they are hoping that the carnival will become an annual event. The 4 mile route took the procession from the town centre to the Cornwall Coliseum where there was a charity firework display. Photographer: Jonathan Barker
